We're thrilled to present our latest interior design project for Atty. Ace Dominic Quebal/ Quebal Law Office, located on the 3rd Floor of the LL Building, EDSA cor. 160 Panay Avenue, South Triangle, Quezon City.

The design theme is centered on a professional industrial style that reflects sophistication and functionality. The space has been crafted using a palette of rich wood tones, earthy browns, and sleek blacks to exude both warmth and professionalism. The industrial elements are balanced with modern touches, creating a workspace that is visually appealing and highly functional—perfect for Atty. Quebal's needs.

This design is tailored to the client's taste, blending raw materials with refined details to produce a welcoming atmosphere. The integration of open shelving, textured walls, and strategic lighting creates an inviting ambiance, ideal for consultations and legal work. Every detail, from the reception area to the private office, has been meticulously planned to ensure a harmonious and efficient workspace.

For this BPO Office, its pantry area was designed with minimalism in mind. With having furniture elements akin to japandi, it emits a comfortable and homey ambiance. Vibrant colors plastered on select walls of the pantry as accents also bring life and zest into the space.

For this office-fit-out, .architects_designers rendered its design and build services. While this office floor may be small in size, it was still designed to accommodate the client's space requirements and is complete with open workstations, a boardroom, a lounge, and a pantry. These spaces exhibit functionality and overall comfortability to their users. The application of industrial design in the interiors is evident from the brick wall accents to the exposed concrete finishes combined with furniture completing the industrialized outlook. A pop of color was also applied to brighten up the entire office.

Following Altamar's feature for its Masterplan Development, here is another project to which .architects_designers provided its master planning services including Architectural Design, the Silang Village Square!

Along the busy road of Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, this stop was designed to have a gas station and a food complex that is accessible to travelers. Its open area makes an attractive spot for alfresco dining and its other commercial units are bound to attract merchants. Furthermore, the square has been diligently designed with PWD considerations, thus ensuring that the space is inclusive for all users.

Diving in deeper for a much detailed inspection, we have few interior perspectives for the Altamar Villas and chapel to further evoke the uniqueness of the project.

As previously discussed before, the materials used for these structures are centered on bamboo, wood, and other natural materials. That being said, these outlooks better represent and visualize the designer's intent and the client's vision for the resort facilities

Returning once again to one of .architects_designers local projects, the Altamar Resort! This time, a much closer look at its Master Development Plan.

Aside from resort's focus into Filipino Architecture and the subsequent use of indigenous materials that were previously featured in the Garden Villas, Treetop Villas, and Multifaith Chapel, the application of sustainability and green solutions can be seen in the allocation of a Solar and Bamboo Farm. Utilizing the magnificent view, the provision of an infinity pool with deck, spa facilities convention center and other types of villas only further completes a resort experience.

Steering away from the residential units, here's a recap for one of of .architects_designers 's commercial projects in Mall of Asia!

A medical aesthetic clinic wholly designed with a feminine touch by integrating its brand identity through the use of pastel colors and delicate feminine decor. Architectural interior services were rendered for this project, wherein the firm provided several perspectives and a 3D model for capturing the client's vision.
