Had to make a stop at Aling Lucing's Sisig, the place known for creating the sisig we all love today. Of course, I couldn’t leave without bringing some home. Got their frozen sisig to share with the fam, plus a jar of burong hipon… and wow, easily the best I’ve tried so far!
As for the sisig, I’ll save my full thoughts for another post since I tried quite a few spots in Pampanga. But one thing’s for sure, there’s something special about tasting it from where it all began.
