Haworthia is a large genus of small succulent plants endemic to Southern Africa . Like the aloes, they are members of the subfamily Asphodeloideae and they generally resemble miniature aloes, except in their flowers, which are distinctive in appearance. They are popular garden and container plants.

Fat juicy leaves and translucent flesh are the hallmarks of Haworthia window plant. Not all Haworthia have the see-through leaves, but those that do are spectacular specimens of the genus.

Sedum clavatum (Clausen): A fleshy, blue-green rosette with pink leaf points. This species spreads on thick stems up to 8.0" long on the cliffsides of Central Mexico. The rosettes have a thick, powdery coating of farina and can get a nice pink blush in summer.

"Golden Barrel" for sale. :)

The golden barrel cactus plant (Echinocactus grusonii) is an attractive and cheerful specimen, rounded and growing to as much as three feet tall and three feet around much like a barrel, hence the name. Be careful, though, as it has long dangerous spines. As with many barrel cactus plants, the stiff yellow needles grow in clusters along ribs of the cactus.
