​We’ve been dying to show you these! We finally have the styled photos from our recent turnover at the Riviera Country Club in Silang, Cavite. Seeing this home come to life against such a peaceful backdrop has definitely been the highlight of our year so far.

​For the design, we went for a Modern Tropical.. We wanted to capture that fresh Silang breeze while keeping things sophisticated. Every inch of this space was designed to balance style with total comfort—it really feels like a private sanctuary now!

​A huge, heartfelt thank you to our wonderful clients for trusting us with your vision. This win was a total team effort alongside LAG Star Construction, and we’re so grateful to have played a part in building your dream home. ✨

For 25 years, Leslie's has defined the quintessential Filipino dining experience, rooted in an ambiance of natural warmth. This legacy is architecturally embodied by its original elements: lush 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘆, rich 𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, distinctive𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀, and the memorable 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗸 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝘀.

Our role in enhancing this iconic establishment was driven by a deep respect for its history. The architectural evolution strategically introduces robust, modern elements like 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗶𝗹. This not only ensures structural longevity for another next six decades but also builds an adaptable, contemporary interpretation of the classic Filipino home.

We have deliberately preserved and enhanced the original material palette: wood detailing retains Leslie's iconic image, while the introduction of 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗯𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 adds textural depth and a sense of permanence. Finally, by maintaining the original expansive landscape, the design seamlessly integrates the breezy, natural setting of Tagaytay, ensuring the restaurant's soulful ambiance remains at the heart of the experience.

Proposed Gogi Niku - Unlimited Hotpot and Japanese BBQ located in Vistamall Silang Cavite.

The design for Gogi Niku perfectly merges modern and traditional styles, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming dining space. We chose a bold black and red color scheme to make a strong visual statement, then balanced it with warm, natural wood on the walls and counter. This mix of industrial elements like black metal and concrete with organic textures gives the restaurant its unique character.

​To soften the space, we've added touches of greenery and decorative foliage, creating a fresh, lively feel. The layout is all about comfort and function, with cozy booths that provide a sense of privacy. Our lighting plan is carefully crafted to create a warm, intimate atmosphere, with spotlights highlighting each table. From the charming mascot to the clear signage, every detail reinforces the restaurant's brand, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.

Soon to rise is a proposed two-storey residential project located in Metrogate Silang, Cavite. This thoughtfully planned home, situated on a 120 sqm lot, will showcase a modern tropical design tailored for a growing family of four. It will combine contemporary aesthetics with functionality, using a refined palette of steel, wood slats, natural stone, and brise-soleil elements to harmonize with the surrounding environment and tropical climate.

Large windows and open-plan spaces will promote natural ventilation and daylighting, fostering an eco-conscious and energy-efficient lifestyle. The interior design will emphasize clean, polished floor tiles, a minimalist approach to furniture selection, and the use of modular pieces for both style and space optimization. Warm tones, accent lighting, and carefully chosen textures will come together to create a cozy yet elegant atmosphere — a welcoming space that balances simplicity, comfort, and timeless design. 🌿
