First of all, thank you so much for your continued trust and support for MJC Diamond Paintings. We truly appreciate each and every order. ❤️

We would just like to ask for your kind understanding regarding the condition of parcels upon delivery.

Rest assured that every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before it is shipped. Our diamond painting canvases are placed inside a sturdy box to help protect them during transit.

However, once the parcel has been turned over to the courier, the handling and delivery are already beyond our control. There may be instances where packages become bent, dented, or damaged due to mishandling during transportation.

We sincerely hope that if this happens, please don’t immediately blame the seller. Instead, we kindly ask that you message us first so we can discuss the situation calmly and work together to find the best possible solution.

Your patience, understanding, and consideration mean so much to us. We are always willing to help and assist in any way we can.

We would like to inform everyone that we will be implementing a price adjustment on our Diamond Painting products.

For the last four years, we have kept our prices unchanged despite the continuous increase in the cost of materials, shipping fees, and other business expenses. We have done our best to maintain affordable prices while providing you with high-quality products and excellent service.

However, to continue offering the quality you deserve and to keep our business sustainable, we find it necessary to make a slight increase in our prices.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Rest assured that we remain committed to providing beautiful, high-quality Diamond Paintings and the best possible service.

Need po natin yan kasi may nangungupal po sa page ko netong mga nakaraan pa and baka makita nyo may mga nagrereact ng di maganda sa mga posts ko wala po yatang magawa sa buhay yan laki ng inggit sa katawan baka walang benta HAHA kaya mangupal na lang ng shop ng iba ang alam gawin, di bale di naman binebless ni Lord mga ganyang tao tsk.. 🥹
