We’re thrilled to share our approved three-storey residential project located in Metrogate Silang, Cavite.
The client envisioned an open floor plan for the ground floor featuring a stunning double-height ceiling, complemented by a two-car parking garage, three bedrooms, and a spacious master bedroom. The design also includes a dedicated karaoke room at the roof deck and an open veranda perfect for family gatherings, events, and barbecue days.
With a total floor area of 380.39 sqm, the residence was designed using a modern aesthetic with neutral color palettes to create a timeless and elegant atmosphere. Accent lighting was carefully incorporated to highlight key architectural elements and enhance the overall character of the structure.
