DECORATING IS NOT EQUAL TO DESIGNING.

Actually wala naman po talagang mali sa tao behind this renovation. Personal project nya yan eh.

BUT GMA to caption this and say you don't need to hire an interior designer? You sure? How insensitive po.

This kind of caption makes us, professionals cringe over your choice of media. Kaya mababa din ang tingin sa mga propesyunal dito sa Pilipinas. If you promote this kind of mentality, what more can we do sa mga di na maabot ng kakayanan naming magpakilala? To think our code of ethics limits us to promote in any type..

What implications do you think can be gained from this?

Three days after his demise, we are still in shock and in great sadness. We would like to extend our condolences to Mr. Lloyd Cafe Cadena 's family and friends.

Disclaimer. We're sharing you our chat message way back July of this year, where his "toblerone" stairs was on top of social media talks. We didn't post this before and today just to ride on with the trend, but to share you some of his last thoughts.

He who had noticed this mistake (kaya nga inokray okray na nya sa video nya with jokes) didn't need any of the negativity anymore, thus posted it for everyone to know what went wrong (just like what he said below and in his vid). Imagine all the negative messages he got from our colleagues that day when he brought up 'this stairs' on Youtube.

But still, he remained calm and trusted another Professional Architect to correct was has been done by the other. Making also more Architects and Engineers be recognized to socmed that day.

A lot of people nowadays can easily talk without knowing the whole story, especially with the ones we see on our screens. [ Just as a person telling you they can build your house without even knowing how you live. ]

So let this be a reason to all, to be always cautious when it comes to using social media as your platform to post negatively, epecially to our peers in the industry. Let us use socmed to educate and not to make fun of other's mistakes. We are first and foremost solution-providers and not online spammers.

Again, in behalf of the industry we extend our apologies and condolences to LC and his family.

LET US remind you that this trust will be used to BUILD your DREAM house or project, LEGALLY.

And no amount of trust can be used against when you are offered with CHEAPER labor and materials.
