Its founder is Engineer Marvin M. Garcia with head office in Caloocan City Metro Manila. It was established in 2001 and has built a good and solid track record since then building and renovating residential houses. The company is made up of a manpower pool of engineers, architects, site management supervisors and an on-site labor force composed of a foreman, lead man, mason, steel man, carpenters, electrician, plumber, welder, ceiling installer, roofing installer, aluminum and window and door installer , laborers and painters.
