Project: OLOPSC "New Gen" College Building
The design is a modern take on the architectural language of existing OLOPSC school buildings. Our main consideration was to retain the architectural character and theme beset by its late founder, Ar. Dionisio Salvador Sr.'s original design. While respecting existing design elements such as columnar form and façade materiality, we created a progressive and modern school building facility that supports OLOPSC's vision to "Empower and Enable Learners to be Future-ready".
As former OLOPSCians, we are honored to be given the opportunity to be the Architects of this milestone of our alma mater. Marching onward, moving forward!
Special mention also to the Project Management Team - WOCE (Wanju Orteza Consulting Engineers) and our General Contractor - RT Paragas Construction Corporation for the masterful ex*****on and streamlining of the construction process.
The Blessing and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on Aug. 11, 2024, graced by the OLOPSC Board of Trustees.
