Designing the DuoSkye | Transforming Risk into Return

Great architecture doesn’t just look good.
It protects your investment.

When this site was first presented, there was hesitation.
An irregular triangular lot. Multiple firewalls. Limited frontage.
It didn’t look like opportunity — it looked like compromise.

The question was simple:
Can this become a profitable “build-and-sell” development?

Instead of forcing a conventional solution onto an unconventional site, the planning responded to its geometry. Sharp corners were assigned to service spaces. A central courtyard brought in light and ventilation where none seemed possible. Circulation was clarified. Every square meter was given purpose.

What once felt like limitation became structure.
What felt risky became strategic.

The result is a development that lives better, builds with clarity, and performs stronger in the market — not because it is louder, but because it is planned.

When risk is resolved at the design stage, return is no longer accidental.
It becomes intentional.

We’re growing our team and looking for professionals who value design integrity, craftsmanship, and excellence in ex*****on.

We are currently hiring for:

👷‍♂️SITE SUPERVISOR
📍 Project Location: Antipolo City

Qualifications:
✔️At least a graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
✔️Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction site supervision
✔️Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
✔️Skilled in managing subcontractors and site workers
✔️ Excellent coordination and communication skills
✔️ Detail-oriented and quality-focused
✔️ Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Antipolo City

🔢 QUANTITY SURVEYOR
📍 Office Location: Marikina City

Qualifications:
✔️ Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimating for residential projects
✔️ Proficient in MS Excel and other estimating software
✔️ Knowledgeable in budgeting, material take-offs, and cost control
✔️ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✔️ Organized and capable of handling multiple projects
✔️ Office-based with occasional site visits
