Emerging Architects Studio (EAST) EAST aims to be a progressive firm that collaboratively designs better human experiences. EAST is a SEC-registered general professional partnership.

It has been founded on 30 March 2012. EAST is currently headed by the principal partners of the firm, namely, Arch. Kim Patrick Pullante, Arch. Don Joseph Sebastian, and Arch. Marc Angelo Virtucio. EASt also has a wide variety of network of professionals, ranging from architects, interior designers, civil engineers, electrical engineers.

What if your home felt like the vacation you never wanted to end?

Sharing a quick tour of the May Forever House (MFH) in Taytay, completed last year.

Set on a 1,000 sqm property, this cozy family home is arranged into three separate structures, each designed around how the family lives, gathers, and relaxes together. Open spaces in between allow nature to flow through the home and create outdoor areas where the kids can safely play and explore.

The goal was simple but meaningful: to make everyday life feel like a vacation at home.

Yesterday, on Valentine’s Day, we broke ground (not hearts 😅) as this project officially moved into the construction phase. Exciting times ahead for our team. ❤️

It’s a busy Tuesday at EAST.

We started with a progress check meeting at 8Rockwell, followed by a site visit at The Columns in Makati. We then headed back to the office for a product presentation, and wrapped up the day with design meetings.

We dressed up as our younger selves, shared familiar food, played childhood games, and enjoyed a night full of laughs and reconnections 🥳.

It felt fitting as we wrap up the year and prepare for bigger things ahead 👆.

Finally, we are unveiling our next major milestone.

EAST is proud to share that we held our groundbreaking ceremonies last November 17, 2025, for our very own office and building. This moment celebrates the culmination of 13 years of designing, growing, learning, and navigating the industry together.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has believed in us. To our families who support us and cheer for us endlessly, our friends who celebrate with us on and off work, our colleagues who have worked with us through the years, and most especially our clients who have trusted us with their spaces, thank you.

We would not be here without the community that has supported EAST from Day 1.

And now, we are taking the next step as we build a space meant to nurture an even bigger, more vibrant community.
