Description:
This is a boarding house where there are 11 rooms found herein - 4 rooms that are located downstairs with 2 bathrooms and a common kitchen, while 7 rooms are situated upstairs with only 1 bathroom for all.
One room is usually limited to 2-3 persons only.
Moreover, the electric bill (MASELCO) is calculated through a submeter, which we usually calculate by kilowatts to 11 (already fixed); whereas the water bill is paid depending on every tenant's consumption and its whole residential billing.
The tenants are responsible to frequently update oneself upon the varying due dates every month so as not to be obliged to pay for the reconnection fee of the line once disconnected. Everyone is sought cooperation and understanding for the maintenance of the boarding house. Everyone is mandated to follow the rules and regulations set by the management, particularly on what is/are posted on the walls or even on on our page & our group that one should notice.
