• Plant Nursery operations – Seeds and Seedlings production and marketing
- Plant nurseries located at Sitio Cangganay, Brgy. Elevado, Matalom, Leyte which served as Main production site; and in Block 14 Lot 3, Villa Theresa Subdivision, Brgy. An area is also reserved
in Brgy. Esperanza, Matalom, Leyte for future expansion.
• Farm inputs sales and services – Selling / marketing of farm inputs such as Fertilizers, Pesticides, Farm equipment rental, Farm equipment repair and maintenance.
- Sells farm supplies. Also offers farm equipment rentals such as Tractors (via third party service provider), Hand Tractors and cultivators, Brush Cutters, Hole Diggers, Water Pumps, Chainsaw and other machineries. Also accept repairs and maintenance works with our in-house Farm Shop. We will also accept Well-Drilling services, currently via Third Party provider (Act as Agent only).
• Farm Management Consulting – Conducts training services and farm schools to farmers, offers Contract Farm management and maintenance and Farm Planning
- We have competent Team which is linked to various institutions such as Visayas State University, CIDAMI, DA, PCA, etc. We are investing heavily on this area which we see as the vital pillar for the success of our mission.
• Sales / Marketing and Logistics – Sales and Distribution of Farm Products direct to markets. Offers transport / delivery services of farm produce to buyers and farm input from suppliers to farmers. Marketing strategies include over-the-counter, House-to-house and Online through Facebook.
For the past 3 years, we distribute raw Tuba (Coconut Wine) to various customers in the whole Leyte area more specifically in the northern Leyte towns and cities which were affected by typhoon Yolanda. Our big volume customers are the Bahalina processors in Palo, Leyte. We have helped market the products of around 100 Coconut Farmers in Matalom.
We sell seedling of Coconut, Cacao, Fruit Trees, vegetables to walk-in clients of our nursery.
• Others Services – Act as Agent for Land survey services, Farm Financing products.
In partnership with Land Surveying and Farm Financing companies, we will offer this service via a third-party arrangement. Our company will only act as Agent.
