The design emphasizes openness and flow, where indoor and outdoor boundaries dissolve through generous glazing, open-air courtyards, and framed views of lush greenery. Materials are kept natural and honest β€” textured concrete, warm wood, and soft stone β€” to ground the spaces in tropical authenticity while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic.

The spatial experience is curated to evoke calm and retreat: from outdoor showers that merge with the landscape, to intimate garden baths that transform daily rituals into moments of pause and reflection. Every line and volume is guided by light, breeze, and greenery, ensuring that the architecture not only shelters but breathes with its environment. Ultimately, this villa embodies tropical modernism β€” refined, relaxing, and deeply connected to place.
