FROM CONCEPT TO REALITY: It has been a long journey, but we can finally share this new home! This has been a labor of love and teamwork. A daughter's present to her parents which was meticulously planned, designed, and executed.

It all started with a simple concept: a home that is both functional and stylish, and that reflects our clients' personalities. It was not a walk in the park as the team is working in different locations around the globe (literally). Time, sweat, and effort are big factors bringing this vision into reality.

A quick rough concept massing for an 8.00 x 12.00-meter lot property in the south of Luzon.

Drawing presentation aside, there is nothing wrong with this photo. Each form has its own purpose and let me tell you why...

The first plan values privacy and is an acceptable approach if your property is limited.

The second layout is giving more value to open spaces and this works if you have a large area to play with.

The form and function of a house depends on what the client wants and needs.
