When quality is sacrificed for the sake of getting the “cheapest,” the consequences can become very expensive — and sometimes tragic.
Cheap professional fees.Cheap materials.Cheap labor.Cheap supervision.Cheap project management.
Then people act surprised when failures happen.
Construction is not just about finishing a building. It is about protecting lives. Good design, proper engineering, skilled workmanship, and responsible project management are not “extra costs” — they are investments in safety and reliability.
If you treat professional services and construction quality as a commodity, eventually the structure will reflect those decisions.
The cheapest option is rarely the safest one…
Prayers to the victims of this tragedy. 🙏🙏🙏
