Bringing a new refreshing color on the former Black and White Unit makes this more inviting for the Owner’s Potential Buyer/Tenant. Using his appliances and retaining the Kitchen Area, to minimise the cost of renovation, we were able to still come up with a modern interior space that could stand out with all the units for sale and for lease on this area.

🤒 I’m feeling so Tired after getting sick lately, (too much stress) I even thought of shifting carreer 😅 (becoming a full time wife! Char)

💕 but receiving messages like this all the time from all of our inquiries…WILLING TO WAIT FOR MY SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY TO DO THEIR UNIT/SPACE really warms my heart. (One client even waited for us for 2 years! Imagine that )

💕Since we started our non-stop designing and building spaces, we are not able to get until a company who is interested to avail our services requested for it.

💕 Part of a project success is also a GOOD CLIENT who will be cooperative not only in the easy and beautiful parts of the ex*****on but also the unexpected derails that no one wants to happen in a duration of the project. (Too many to mention, always something new to encounter)

💕TRUST and COMMUNICATION are actually the primary keys in all kinds of relationship even the client and architect working relationship. Knowing that you get a professional with impressive project portfolio (hahaha love your own) means that your money and property are in the good hands.

💕We have never please 100 % of the people we gave our service to…but thanking God that 98% are happy and satisfied with the dedication and commitment as we pour our heart and soul into our masterpieces.

Looking back…Yes it was Hard.. very hard… but all worth it 🥰
