As an Architect, I consider neo classical architecture as a style that transcends time. It is not only full of beauty and character that can be combined with the different architectural styles of this era, but it can also and will surely capture your eyes and soul and make you wonder of how majestic it is to live in the days of its splendor. To gaze upon the intricate hand made carvings of skillful artisans, the mouldings that takes several days and weeks to complete, grand marbled halls with stone carved ornaments and wrought irons adorned with gold and bronze. The smell of scented candles, grass and flowers blown away by the fresh breeze of air.
Oh how I wish there's a time machine. 🧡
