LOOK | T&D Team Checks a 31-Year-Old Condominium in Makati
Our team at T&D Design Consultancy Co. recently visited a 31-year-old condominium in Makati to prepare its study for a much-needed Structural Analysis. The assessment will help determine the building’s current condition and whether retrofitting will be required to ensure continued safety and stability.
This proactive move by the property management aims to assure tenants and unit owners that despite the building’s age, it remains structurally sound — and if not, retrofitting will help reinforce and extend its service life for years to come.
