Project Description: Modern Asian-inspired (Interior Perspective)

Dining & Bar Area
The foreground features a dual-seating arrangement that maximizes the functionality of the space:

Dining Set: A solid, dark-stained wooden dining table paired with matching slatted-back chairs. The table is set with minimalist white dinnerware, suggesting a formal yet inviting atmosphere.

Breakfast Bar: To the left, a white marble-topped counter is accompanied by light-toned wooden bar stools with curved backrests and grey upholstered cushions.

Wall Treatment: A light wood vertical slat (fluted) panel serves as a backdrop for the bar, adding texture and height to the room.

Japandi-inspired Design Architectural Interiors

Residential Project #7. Located at La Union.

Project Description: Modern Elevated Residential Design

Elevated Living: The primary living quarters are raised on reinforced concrete columns. This creates a shaded multi-car carport with an underground utility area, ideal for flood-prone areas or for keeping the garden space open.

Modern Tropical Aesthetic: The design uses a mix of horizontal white siding (shiplap style) paired with dark wood or charcoal-grey accent panels to create visual contrast.

Roofing: A low-pitched, hipped roof with wide overhanging eaves. The underside (soffit) is finished in warm wood tones, providing a "resort" feel and protecting the walls from sun and rain.
