The strong blue metallic sheen on these leaves stands out in a group. This plant is proudly endemic to the Philippines. Some specimens were spotted in Sulawesi, Indonesia before but now they are all gone there so it is only in the Philippines that this special plant can be found.

It is a low maintenance plant provided the medium it is growing in is moist most of the time.
