We are a construction firm that offers premium construction, all-inclusive services, and NO DOWNPAYMENT option!

HOW DOES IT WORK? WHY CONSTRUCT NOW PAY LATER? WHAT DO YOU MEAN NO DOWNPAYMENT?
For qualified lot owners, no downpayment is required to start construction. Primary requirement would be the clean title of the property to be under the applicantβs name.
Monthly amortization begins after house completion.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
1. Discuss with us the details of your project (lot size, type of project, # of floors, bedrooms, t&b, garage, etc.) for us to come up with a floor plan.
2. Upon your approval of the floor plan, we can begin with your customized perspective or house design by paying Php 30,000 reservation fee. This fee already covers:
a. Perspective or House Design
b. Bill of Materials
c. Scope of Work
d. Site inspection (for up/downhill properties)
3. Submit all requirements for bank application. Wait for approval (2-3 weeks).
4. Upon release of approval, pay Php 50,000 for the 7 sets of plan (signed & sealed blueprint).
5. Processing of permits and other documentation β fees to be shouldered by client.
6. Upon bankβs first draw-down, we will begin construction.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET STARTED?

Certified True Copy of Title (TCT)
Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration
Real Estate Tax Receipt
Tax Clearance
Lot Plan with Vicinity Map
Income documents (list depends if self-employed, locally employed, or working abroad)
WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU CATER?
As of now, we build in CALABARZON, Metro Manila, and some parts of Central Luzon.

DO YOU DO RENOVATIONS / EXTENSIONS / HOME IMPROVEMENTS?
Renovations and extensions are not applicable at the moment.
THE TITLE IS NOT UNDER MY NAME. CAN I STILL AVAIL THE NO DOWNPAYMENT SCHEME?
Once the title is transferred to your name, we can submit requirements to the bank for approval for the no downpayment scheme.
If transfer of title is not an option, you may avail cash basis or progress billing
