CUT OFF NEGATIVE PEOPLE! HINDI MO RESPONSIBILITY I-FIX LAHAT NG TAO.

This isn't about being heartless—it’s about choosing to love yourself better. Sometimes, no matter how much you try to understand and care for others, they simply can’t—or won’t—give that same energy back. Some people carry burdens not to heal, but to weigh others down.

And the truth? You’re not here to save everyone. It’s not your job to fix people, especially when you’re already barely holding yourself together. Your feelings, your sanity, your well-being—they matter too. Walking away isn’t selfish; it’s a form of self-respect.

If someone constantly pulls you down, doubts you, or makes you feel less, maybe it’s time to ask: do they still deserve access to your life? Life’s too short to keep proving your worth to people who refuse to see it.

Letting go doesn’t mean you’ve stopped caring. But it’s worth asking yourself: Is this still care, or am I slowly sacrificing myself? If you’re the one always hurting, losing sleep, or losing yourself in the process—it’s time to listen to your heart.

You deserve to be around people who uplift you, believe in you, and help you grow. Protect your peace. Step away from the noise. This isn’t cruelty—it’s clarity. Not all relationships are meant to stay.
