Fire exit? Yes. Pero hindi lang basta “may labasan in case of emergency.” 😅

When planning a house or any structure, importante rin na well-planned kung paano makakalabas safely, especially if you’re coming from the farthest parts of the space.

Kaya aside from having a fire exit, dapat may maayos ding fire plan from the start. 🔥🏠

Not all pipes serve the same purpose.

There’s grey water for sinks, showers, and floor drains, and black water for waste that goes directly to the septic tank.

It may seem like a small detail during construction, but improper sizing or routing can cause bigger problems later on. That’s why proper planning for your plumbing and sanitary lines matters from the start.

Whenever we hold a groundbreaking, may ilang traditions kaming ginagawa before officially starting the project.

Each one has a meaning. The signing represents our commitment with the client, the coins symbolize prosperity, and burying the plans represents our intention to turn what’s on paper into an actual structure.

We also acknowledge the traditions of the workers who will be on-site throughout the construction.

Pero beyond all these ceremonies, we believe that a project will only go well when there is trust and a good relationship among the client, workers, and the whole team.

Isa sa mga bagay na madaling ma-overlook when buying or building on a property: gaano ba kataas ang baha sa area kapag malakas ang ulan?

It can affect everything from the ground level to the actual layout of the house, so magandang kasama talaga siya sa planning from the start.

Simple renovation lang, kailangan pa rin ba ng permits? 👀

Before starting any renovation, one of the first things we do is check with the admin or property management para malaman yung guidelines, restrictions, and requirements na kailangan sundin.

Kahit bakod or garahe lang yung ipapagawa, hindi ibig sabihin na pwede nang i-skip yung proper process. And if simple lang naman yung scope, usually mas simple rin yung requirements na kailangan asikasuhin.

Mas okay nang maayos lahat from the start kaysa magkaroon ng problem habang ongoing na yung construction. 🏠

POV: Na-turnover na yung bahay, pero hindi ka pa pala tapos sa paperwork. 😅

Before you renovate or move in, may property inspection, developer requirements, permits, and utility applications pa na kailangang asikasuhin.

Even seemingly simple additions like a fence or garage may require proper approval. And in some developments, the water and electricity available during turnover may only be temporary.

Having an existing house doesn’t always mean less work or fewer steps. Sometimes, renovation can be just as detailed, or even more complicated, than starting from scratch.
