One final Intelassist spotlight as we close out 2025 🔦: Donna Ramirez has been part of Intelassist since 2021 and started her journey as a member of the pioneer team for our electronic appliance account. Today, she’s part of the Training and Quality team, where she supports quality initiatives and helps improve how things run day to day.
What she enjoys most is knowing her work actually makes a difference. Being part of a team that’s focused on growth and long-term success makes the job feel meaningful and rewarding for her.
What brought Donna to Intelassist was the chance to grow, but what made her stay is the people. “The support system, the constant learning, and the family-like culture make the company feel like more than just a workplace.” she says. It’s a place where she feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged to become better over time.
One piece of advice that really stuck with Donna was to step outside her comfort zone. That mindset pushed her to try new roles, take on new challenges, and trust herself more. Because of that, she discovered strengths she didn’t even realize she had and gained confidence along the way.
When things get challenging, Donna stays motivated by focusing on the impact of her work and the support she gets from her leaders and teammates. Knowing she’s not alone and that there’s always room to learn and improve helps her keep a positive outlook, even on tougher days.
Outside of work, Donna considers herself an introvert and enjoys quiet time at home to relax and recharge. She’s also a proud fur mom, which she shares in common with her manager, Manny. They often bond over pet stories, funny moments, and the ups and downs of fur parenting. It’s one of those little connections that makes work relationships feel more personal and genuine.
For new hires, Donna’s advice is simple. Be open to learning, believe in yourself, and don’t be afraid to try something new. Intelassist gives you the support and tools you need, but growth starts when you take that first step. Your journey here is yours to shape, so stay curious and make the most of it.
