Green Thumb is here to provide high quality services that has reasonable cost;
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The contract documents shall contain the estimate, the specification plans and any other document referred to in the estimate. No qualification in any acceptance issued by the client shall form part of the contract unless specifically agreed to in writing by the Green Thumb.
• The items that are
included on the contract are only the estimate specification. Other requested works are excluded.
• The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary planning permission for the works and the fulfilling of statutory requirements.
• The Green Thumb also reserves the right to increase the value of the contract due to changes in design or materials by the client after execution of the contract and may result in change order fees.
• There will be no charge if the client cancelled the project 10 days and above before the contract starts. There will be a 10% charge of the agreed contract value if they cancelled the project within the final 9 days.
• Materials that are delivered to the site or house will be the responsibility of the client. Green Thumb will not be responsible for any damage or loss.
• Any material brought to, or removed from the site, excess to the Green Thumb’s requirements remains the possession of and removable by the Green Thumb who shall have the right to enter the site for that purpose. The client will pay for any extra works, or costs due to unknown difficulties or changes, which are not within the estimate.
• Larger contracts may be broken into payments that will be agreed by the client and the Green Thumb. Site
• The client should assure that the site is free of underground problems including pipes, cables, stumps, sewage drains and waste materials.
• The Green Thumb shall be free from any liabilities (including structural or accidental) when using machinery, except for accidents caused by its improper use.
• Any material, refuse or debris required to be removed from the site to execute the contract, not in the estimate, may be billed for hauling and dumping.
• A 30-day warranty will be given to the customers after the completion of the project. Delay/Disruption
• Liquidated damages are equivalent to 10% of the contract price if the Green Thumb failed to finish the project within the period specified.
• The project will be postponed and rescheduled if there are any delays caused by the weather such as typhoon and storm. We will not be responsible for any disruption caused by the weather.
