Six Storey Hotel with Roof Deck

A design response to a challenging narrow yet deep site, where spatial efficiency and hospitality experience are carefully balanced. Through strategic planning and vertical optimization, the project accommodates 10 guest rooms per floor, maximizing capacity without compromising comfort and circulation.

The ground floor is anchored by a welcoming lobby and ballroom for large-scale gatherings, while the second floor is dedicated to flexible function rooms that support events and meetings. Rising above, the upper levels house a total of 40 guest units, designed for privacy, efficiency, and natural flow.

A compact site transformed into a fully functional hospitality environment—where constraints become the framework for clarity, order, and experience-driven design.

Two years later, revisiting this completed design-build corporate workspace reminds us that great design is not just about aesthetics, it’s about delivering spaces that perform, adapt, and grow with the people who use them.

Through our integrated design-build approach, this project was carefully planned and executed to reflect our client’s operational needs and brand identity. According to client insights, the improved circulation greatly enhanced workplace efficiency, allowing smoother day-to-day movement throughout the office. The flexible large huddle area has also proven to be a key feature, transforming and expanding effortlessly for various events, team collaborations, and company functions.
