Pangalawa, pasahod. Bukod sa basic salary, may SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month pay, OT, holiday pay, uniforms, training, at minsan may pagkain o extra allowance. Kahit walang customer, bayad pa rin ang tao.

Pangatlo, bills. Kuryente, internet, tubig, subscriptions, POS systems, accounting tools, maintenance, repairs, etc.

Pang-apat, tax at compliance. Income tax. Withholding tax. VAT. Business permit. Quarterly at annual ITR. Monthly at quarterly VAT o percentage tax returns. Books of accounts printing. Official receipts. Accountant at bookkeeper fees. Penalties at surcharges pag may na-late o nagkamali sa filing. Barangay clearance. Fire safety certificate. Pati fire extinguishers. Sanitary permit. Environmental fees kung kailangan. Taon-taon yan.

Marketing expenses. Ads sa Facebook at Google, content creation, photos, videos, influencers, promos, discounts, giveaways, printing ng flyers, packaging design, branding.

Meron pang spoilage, sira, expired, returns. Inventory na natutulog ang puhunan. Delivery fees at logistics. Packaging materials. Merchant fees sa GCash, Maya, credit cards. Refunds. Interest sa utang.

+ Risk na malugi pag mahina ang benta

+ Oras at pagod ng may-ari na most of the time walang sweldo

Kaya bago ka magsabi ng malaki ang tubo, tandaan mo na ang presyo ng product ay hindi lang bayad sa item mismo. Bayad yan sa operations, employees, government requirements, business risk, at ongoing costs kahit sa mga araw na walang benta.

Negosyo yan, hindi magic.

Good morning po sa lahat still on the run pa rin po ang services namin may pagbabago lang ng konti.. No more posting po tayo dito sa page ng mga finished works namin.
