Arch. Simeon M. Formoso III is the owner of S.M. Formoso III Builders and Formoso Research Consultancy. He has been in the business since 2001 and has been doing build and sell houses since 2007.
He is an architect and an entrepreneur. He is a graduate of BS Architecture from Feu in 1998, a graduate of Master's degree in Architecture in 2012, a graduate of Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning in 2016, and currently a PhD candidate in Designed and Built Environment, all in UP Diliman College of Architecture and School of Urban and Regional Planning
