Junior Architect
Full-time | Office-based

Job Description:
• Office-based position
• Works under the direct supervision of a licensed architect, assisting in design preparation, construction documents, building plans, material presentations, and site visits

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Architecture graduate
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Must have a personal laptop for drafting and 3D modeling
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Highly creative, collaborative, and cooperative
• Able to interpret design problems and translate them into practical solutions
• Resident of Cagayan Valley, preferably Roxas, Isabela or nearby areas
• Recent graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply

Junior Engineer
Full-time | Project-based

Qualifications:
1. Graduate Civil Engineer
2. Certification in Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH)
3. Certification in Construction Project Management is a plus.
4. At least 1yr experience in construction & project management.
5. Work Setup:
- Office is located in Isabela
- Willing to stay-in the project site
- Willing to be relocated in NCR
- Willing to travel
- Must own a Laptop for office & site use
6. Knowledgeable in the following:
- Project Scheduling
- Material and Cost Estimating
- Manpower management
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other estimation and design applications
7. Communication skills sufficient to communicate well with property administrators,
suppliers, and clients.
8. Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings.
9. Can do accomplishment reporting orally and by paper daily / weekly.
10. Readiness for impromptu & emergency meetings.
11. Assist with hiring of workers.
12. A driver’s license is required. Can operate different types of company vehicles.

Work Schedule:
7:30 am to 12:00 pm - Morning
1:30 pm to 5:00 pm - Afternoon

𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙣𝙤 𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 — creates openness and allows seamless movement and visual access from one space to another. Instead of physical barriers, boundaries are subtly defined through the use of bold color, clearly expressing the function of each area without introducing unnecessary blockage.

This concept of openness extends vertically, where the triangular solihiya ceiling panels are introduced as both acoustic and decorative elements. Acting as sculptural features, they add rhythm and direction to the space—their geometry drawing the eye upward, enhancing spatial volume, and transforming the ceiling into an active visual element rather than a passive surface.
