We’re excited to share one of our recent project. located in Camarines Sur. This project proves that it is never too late to transform a building, even if construction has already begun.

In this case, we carefully studied the existing structural framework and maximized its potential. We also retained the breeze blocks selected by the client and thoughtfully incorporated them into the design, giving them new life and character.

The overall concept draws inspiration from a fusion of modern contemporary and Asian architecture, complemented by a tropical touch that suits the Philippine climate and setting.

Project Construction Update | Modern Contemporary Residence

Location: Nagsupotan, San Juan, Ilocos Sur
Construction: Design-Build By Administration

We are excited to share the latest construction progress of our Modern Contemporary residential project. Defined by clean geometric forms, expansive openings, this home is designed to deliver both visual impact and everyday functionality.

The main structural works are progressing steadily, with major components like beams, columns and utilities now in place.

Space planning has been thoughtfully executed to create an open-high ceiling layout that enhances natural light and circulation.

The attached actual site photos showcase the on-going structural steel & form works of second floor beams. Each phase demonstrates our commitment to quality workmanship, coordinated ex*****on, and delivering a home that embodies modern contemporary elegance.
