Spacefabrik’s collaboration with Victory Liner in the past years has shown the value of observing the way we interact and how design can foster and improve upon the way we live and move together.

Expanding upon the family business, Victory Liner Cubao’s renovation and masterplan aims to modernize a terminal that has been moving nonstop since the 1980s. The use of streamline moderne elements along the façade complements the prominent Ilocano-inspired louvers that highlight the Unified Building command center.

Welcome 2026! 🎉 We're excited for what this year holds and can't wait to share the journey with all of you.

Sharing one of our completed projects last year - PHINMA Corporation's Main Office renovation. New spaces that allow both focused and collaborative work in an open plan setting, fostering mutual and collective aspiration among employees and executives.

Found at the center of the ICA-Xavier school district, the Mary the Queen Parish has been vital to establishing community faith in its locale. As behaviors in younger generations continue to evolve, there is an opportunity to reevaluate and reintegrate our places of faith back into the fabric of our cities.

The conceptual Redevelopment Plan aims to anchor the Parish by integrating community activities along the main axes of the site. From food drives, performances, public talks, and prayer vigils; the redesign of the rotunda allows for a variety of events to take place at the center of the neighborhood.

Local institutions rely on the participation and engagement of younger generations in forming sustainable communities. The desire of the Mary the Queen Parish to involve the Youth highlights the value of public participation in building inclusive and relevant spaces that cater to the current needs of the public.

As emphasized by the Urbanologist Jane Jacobs, “Cities have the capability of providing something for everybody, only because, and only when, they are created by everybody.”

In the heart of the Rockwell Business District, PHINMA Education’s renovated office is a reflection of a work culture that prioritizes its people.

Post-Pandemic behaviors have changed the way we work. As offices downscale, workplaces have evolved from the standard cubicle setup. Borrowing from co-working spaces, the office highlights the transience of people that brings life to the work environment.

Emphasis is given to circulation through distinct and unobstructed sightlines. As movement in the workplace contributes to the productivity and collaboration of its people, corridors become the grounding element in forming a cohesive and interactive work environment.

As part of a multidisciplinary collaborative between transnational Filipinos, "Between the Lines" invites guests to explore our built environment and how its lines define one's sense of self, and community. Architecture, Urban Planning, and Participatory Art intersect within as it dives into the Filipino culture of Migration.

Guests participate as they explore the exhibit, constructing their own sense of self with the materials provided. The end result is an organically growing city guided by the lines that form our built environment.

What happens between borders offers an opportunity for dialogue and discussion as we ask ourselves, “Who deserves space in our cities?”

Located along the Pasig River and within proximity to the lively Poblacion, the K2 Residence reflects the cultural heritage of its expat owners as they build a home away from the typical gated community. It has enriched the roots of belonging in its locality through a design that invites guests into a multicultural diaspora.

Tailored as a refuge for creativity, versatility, and communal engagements; it reimagines the once common 60s shophouse typology in the area as a catalyst for the artist community. With a fashion workshop above, and a living area below; its residents are able to extend the street within. This forms a community living room that celebrates creative ideas, art, and collaboration.

Qualities of light change throughout, framing curated art pieces that speak of its residents. Utilizing a pebble wash path as a wayfinding tool, guests are guided within and around as they learn and explore the personal histories of its owners.

With the desire to leave the hustle and bustle of Manila, many middle-class families moved to the lush outskirts of the city. This residential district in Quezon City eventually came to be known as New Manila, echoing the origin of its many residents.

The Q Residence expands upon the Traditional Multi-generational Filipino Household within its own quiet community. Hidden upon layers of greenery, the natural finishes of adobe and wood play upon the organic textures of the neighborhood.

Specks of domestic life pass through the window overlooking the street, exposing a composition of modern and traditional Filipino sensibilities that tastefully reuse pre-existing furnishings from the client. The result is a home that further bridges the gap between a multi-generational household.

Our clients inspired us to design a place that reflects their personality, travels around the world, their experience in the Philippines, and a home that can be flexible to the changes of the city. A real gem in Makati, within walking distance to Rockwell and the Pasig River.

The brief included a pool, garden, a floor plan for entertaining, a private residence, a studio for work, and guest spaces. The plan transitions to both private and public, all beautifully configured in two dimensions through walls and openings and articulated three-dimensionally in volume and space. Art, greens, personality, and the poetics of the experience come center stage. The design result is an atmosphere that is curated, restrained, carefully crafted, and a story that will continue to be told.

This project is centered around the community and was largely based on user activity. Located in a historic district where roads meet at Monumento, the concept therefore evolved into a diminutive version of the Filipino Town Center.

Vertical elements in the central space emphasize scale and height, guiding the observer's gaze towards the skylight. This allows the natural light to provide the users dynamic lighting experiences throughout the day.

The public outdoor space and drop-off area of 8912 Aseana was designed to be complementary with the architectural aesthetic. The dynamic geometry of paths and ceilings have multiple layers of overhead lighting in between.

Innovative approaches to illumination were coordinated to provide accent lighting, including lanscaping and integrated strips of light in the wood seating elements.
