2. Customer can earn 1 raffle ticket for every 5,000.00 pesos worth of purchased to all product
3. To claim the raffle ticket/s, customer must present the official receipt / sales invoice to the customer service counter
4. Customer must fill out the raffle ticket/s with Name, Address, Contact Number, Email, Store Name, Official Receipt / Sales Invoice number and signature
5. Incomplete information provided on the raffle ticket/s shall invalid the entry and will be forfeited
6. Raffle ticket/s should be dropped in designated drop boxes located at the store
7. Deadline of submission of raffle entries is on December 30, 2023 at the storeβs closing time. All raffle entries will be sealed and forwarded to ER Tiles Mini Home Depot, Inc. head office located at KM 28 Aguinaldo Highway, Salitran II, City of DasmariΓ±as, Cavite for the raffle draw.
