“Engineer, ano yan?!!” 🧐

Spacer ‘yan!

They maintain a consistent "concrete cover" over the steel, protecting it from corrosion, and ensuring structural integrity.

Spacer is used for the following:
• 4 cm spacer is used for beams and columns.
• 2 cm spacer is used for slab.
• 7.5 cm is used for footing.

Kaya dapat kapag nakakita kayo ng nakabilad na concretes like this, huwag ninyong papakialaman. Maliit man siya it still serves a fundamental role in the construction world. 😉
