💡 Construction cost varies depending on:
✅ Materials quality & quantity
✅ Site condition
✅ Size of the house
✅ Additional works (fence, landscaping, etc.)
Here’s a guide per square meter:
🏠 Bare Finish: ₱20,000 – ₱29,000
🏠 Standard Finish: ₱30,000 – ₱38,000
🏠 Mid Finish: ₱39,000 – ₱50,000
🏠 High-End Finish: ₱51,000 and up
Example:
If your total floor area is 200 sqm with a mid finish:
📐 200 sqm × ₱39,000 = ₱7,800,000 (approx.)
⚠️ Note: Excludes fence, landscaping, permits, and design fees.
If the budget is tight, you can build by phase — start with the essentials first.
