Referal Code of NBCP - Green Code of the Philippines
NSCP 2015 Philippines
Meron din po tayo Local Requirements for Building pwede po tayo magtanong sa OBO.
Elctrical Code
Plumbing Code
Sanitary Code
And so on.

Mas maganda po malaman natin ito para po kahit nagpapagawa tayo ng bahay at wala papo tayo budget sa pagpapagawa ng plano, eh may idea na po agad tayo kung ano mga kailngan natin sundin at mga hindi dapat. At kung magkataon na may budget na at kaya na natin mag comply sa building permit ay hindi na po tayo mahihirapan sa mga requirements nila, mas hindi rin po mahihirapan ang mga professionals gumawa ng plano.

And isa sa mga nakatala sa code na to ay mag kaka idea din tayo kung magkano po yung multa natin sa Building permit kung mag papatayo agad tayo ng bahay na wala pang plano.
