This detailed perspective of each condominium unit in the residential complex showcases a modernistic design. Each unit boasts a large window, allowing ample natural light to flood the space. The layout positions the living room and bedroom along the window for optimal views and increased natural daylight. The washroom, den, and kitchen act as buffers, providing separation from the walkway. Notably, two of the units have balconies that extend the entire length of the unit. The balconies serve as additional outdoor living spaces, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

URBAN NATURE PAVILION

The pavilion design is contemporary and emphasizes sustainability, accessibility, and harmony with the environment. It's a place meant for public use where people can come to relax, enjoy nature, and perhaps attend events. Harmony with the natural world is central to the pavilion's aesthetic and functional appeal. The design integrates trees into the structure, creating a cohesive blend of architecture and nature. This not only elevates the visual experience but also enriches the urban landscape with a touch of biodiversity.

Two storey Commercial Building

A design situated on a triangular lot. Ground floor is shaded by the over-hanged hallway of the second floor. Meanwhile the second floor is passively shaded by vertical louvres to minimize glares. It has a strategically curved design to minimize sun glare while providing visibility of the second floor for commercial use.

Draftsmans providing architectural services are illegal practitoners. The client can not pursue a case on them due to the fact that they wont and are not allowed to sign any contract documents.
