The Local Government Unit of General Luna, led by our 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗬. 𝗦𝗮𝗷𝘂𝗹𝗴𝗮, together with 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗻-𝗦𝗮𝗷𝘂𝗹𝗴𝗮 and 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗖. 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗼𝘀𝗮, warmly welcomed representatives from the 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗭𝗔) during a courtesy visit held on 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲. 🤝

Also present during the meeting were department heads and representatives from the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 (𝗢𝗕𝗢), 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗠𝗘𝗢), and 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗠𝗧𝗢). 🏗️ 🛠️ 🌴

Discussions focused on the proposed 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝟵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, as well as the 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝟵 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 located in 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻, 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗮, 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲. 🗼 These priority projects aim to enhance tourism facilities, ensure public safety, and further elevate the overall visitor experience in the municipality. ✨

Following the meeting, the officials and TIEZA representatives conducted an 𝗼𝗻-𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of the project areas to assess conditions and align technical requirements with the planned developments. 🚶‍♂️📍

The Local Government Unit of General Luna remains steadfast in strengthening partnerships and advancing sustainable infrastructure initiatives that support responsible tourism and inclusive local development. 🌱

This single-story residence seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with natural elements. Key features include:
