This really warms our hearts despite all the criticism we had about our Design Concept. We know there's still a lot to improve and people do really have varied opinions that's why we really appreciated it.

The writer (also a fellow architect btw) managed to see through our concept and delivered a great job explaining it.

Hello everyone! Thanks for appreciating my design concept! I didn't really expect this much so thank you and God bless everyone! Also a huge thanks to those who liked and followed my page!

I'm also into Tiny House living that's why i came up with this design concept and hopefully save up so i could build it as my own. I'm still in the works of studying which materials would best fit it in actual contruction, what you see in the pictures are just my architectural renderings.
So the budget for constructing this house would still vary up until i finish the final details and estimates.

But since there is a lot of you asking for the project cost, this is what i roughly projected the building to cost.

Bare Building: P18k to P20k per square meter.

Building with Cabinetry: P25k to P30k per square meter.

To compute the cost you just multiply the cost per square meter to the area of the building which is around 35 square meters.
Example: 35x25000=project cost.

Note that these prices may vary from place to place here in the Philippines, and it does not include the professional fees, building permit fees, etc.

I'm also open to your suggestions on how to improve the building design and quality so let me know.

If you're really into my design you can just PM this page and let me know so we could discuss with the details and notify you with an update regarding on finalizing the plans, details and estimates since i still have to work on it.
