Passive Cooling: The design of the house leverages the prevailing winds to enhance natural ventilation and reduce the need for air conditioning. Large overhangs and strategically placed windows further shield the interior from direct sunlight, thereby reducing heat gain.
Solar Power: Solar panels integrated into the roof meet the home's electricity requirements by harnessing the abundant sunlight to produce clean energy. This decreases dependence on conventional power sources and lowers energy expenses.
Water Harvesting: We collect rainwater from the roof and store it in underground containers for irrigation and other non-potable water applications. This reduces dependence on municipal water supplies and conserves water resources.
