✨ Thrilled to announce my design collaboration with La Union Studio! ✨

I’m excited to step into a meaningful partnership with La Union Studio — a team whose work embodies design rooted in culture, context, and heritage. Their commitment to projects that elevate experiences and honor place-based narratives aligns exactly with how I approach design: thoughtful, responsible, and purpose-driven.

In this collaboration I’ll be providing creative support and expertise that enhances their vision — helping bring projects to life that respect history, celebrate community, and enrich how people live and interact with space.

This marks another chapter in the way I work with leading studios and clients across architectural and cultural design — not as a draftsman for hire, but as a trusted design partner helping deliver work that matters.

Stay tuned — more collaborations and long-term partnerships are on the horizon as we continue shaping work that’s intentional, impactful, and culturally anchored.

🌿 Where design meets culture, and culture elevates design.

🏢 Norco Commercial Building – Design Animation Update 🐎

We’re almost at the finish line! Here’s a look at the near-final design for a commercial building in Norco, California, showcasing agrarian architecture that reflects the unique Norco lifestyle.

This concept includes:
✅ Norco’s signature equestrian elements like the horse corral
✅ A cohesive driveway and proper parking layout
✅ Optimized retail and public activity spaces

Proud to bring a design that blends functionality with Norco’s rural charm.

After 4 years of work and months since I submitted the final design, this project just got approved by the Mayor and council of Norco! What a ride. Big thanks to my California partners for the update and for letting me be part of this journey—distance never stopped the teamwork.

📐 Hindu Temple Project Update 🛕

Taking the Hindu temple project in Connecticut a step further! I’ve added basic walls and elements to the site diagram and seamlessly ported it to Twinmotion using Live Sync, an included add-on in Revit.

This new workflow makes it easier to create fast and detailed visuals for clients—no more basic box-like massing! From diagram to renders took only 3 hours:
🛠️ 2 hours of Revit modeling
🎨 1 hour of texturing and rendering

Excited to refine this further! Stay tuned for more updates. ✨

Excited to share the schematic site plan for a Hindu temple project in Connecticut, USA! This includes the site layout, parking count, and spatial planning based on architectural programming, along with reference images to shape the vision for this sacred space.

As a local architect based in the Philippines, I’m collaborating with architects and engineers in the USA to bring this project to life. Looking forward to sharing more updates soon! ✨

🎾 Exciting News for Loboc Tennis Lovers! 🎾

I’m thrilled to share the initial design for the new Loboc Tennis Court—a personal project that’s close to my heart. As someone who’s new to tennis but loves playing and is passionate about learning the game, this project is especially meaningful to me. This court will soon become the home of the Loboc Tennis Club (Mga Kaliwat ni Sigala) and a place where our community can connect, improve, and enjoy this amazing sport together.

A big thank you to the Municipality of Loboc, especially Mayor Raymond G. Jala, for their support. We’re also deeply grateful to our future sponsors showing interest in making this dream come true and to everyone who has worked tirelessly to make this happen. 🙌

This is still a work in progress, and more updates and changes are on the way. Thank you for your continued excitement and encouragement—stay tuned for the journey ahead!
