This office interior showcases a contemporary modern–luxury design that balances functionality, elegance, and adaptive reuse. Instead of starting from scratch, the design intelligently reuses existing architectural elements—such as glass partitions, ceiling layouts, wall finishes, and spatial proportions—and reinterprets them to suit the new office purpose.

The space is defined by clean lines, neutral palettes, and premium materials like marble accents, warm wood finishes, and textured wall treatments. These elements establish a professional atmosphere while maintaining a welcoming, upscale feel. Strategic use of glass enhances visual openness and natural light flow, reinforcing transparency and efficiency in the workplace.

To complement the existing interior, new furniture pieces were carefully introduced—modern, ergonomic, and refined in form—ensuring they harmonize with the original design language rather than overpower it. Soft furnishings, curated décor, and greenery add warmth and balance, preventing the space from feeling rigid or overly corporate.

Lighting plays a crucial role: layered ambient, recessed, and accent lighting elevates the spatial experience and highlights architectural features, creating a space that feels polished yet comfortable.

Instead of the usual cold and intimidating feel of traditional clinics, this space is intentionally crafted to feel calm, refined, and welcoming—almost like a modern office or boutique lounge.

The design is anchored in a clean, neutral palette of whites and soft grays, enhanced by warm wood finishes and subtle textured surfaces. This balance maintains the clinical standards of cleanliness and hygiene while introducing warmth and visual comfort. Vertical wood slats, stone-inspired wall finishes, and clean panel detailing add architectural structure without overwhelming the space.

Functionality is at the core of the layout. The laboratory and diagnostic areas follow efficient linear planning, with modular cabinetry, overhead storage, and integrated equipment designed for accuracy, safety, and workflow optimization. Everything is placed with purpose—supporting medical precision while keeping the space visually organized and easy to maintain.

This dental clinic interior is designed with a modern biophilic minimalist approach, carefully balancing clinical efficiency with warmth and calm—ideal for creating a stress-free patient experience.

The space is defined by a soft, nature-inspired palette dominated by sage green tones, warm wood finishes, and neutral whites. These colors are intentionally selected to promote relaxation while maintaining a clean, hygienic atmosphere expected in a medical setting. Vertical wood slats, fluted panels, and slatted ceilings add architectural rhythm and visual depth without overwhelming the space.

Biophilic design elements are seamlessly integrated throughout—lush greenery, hanging plants, and organic textures soften the clinical environment and establish a strong connection to nature. This not only enhances aesthetics but also supports patient comfort and emotional well-being.

This project was made possible through the hands-on involvement and full support of the clients, Pareng Chollo and Doc Lamya Yazouri. Their active participation, clear vision, and attention to detail played a vital role in shaping every design decision—ensuring that the clinic not only meets functional and clinical standards, but also reflects their passion for patient care and excellence.

This office interior is designed through a thoughtful adaptive reuse approach, where the existing unit’s interior elements were carefully retained and reworked to support its new function as a professional office space.

The design follows a contemporary-modern architectural style, characterized by clean lines, neutral color palettes, and warm wood accents. Existing finishes—such as wood doors, wall panels, ceiling volumes, and structural layouts—were intentionally preserved and enhanced, allowing the new design to complement rather than erase the original interior character.

To align with its new purpose, select architectural upgrades were introduced: vertical wood slats for visual rhythm, concrete-textured walls for depth, biophilic green walls for balance, and modern lighting fixtures to improve spatial clarity and task efficiency. These elements integrate seamlessly with the reused components, creating a cohesive and purposeful environment.

This office interior is a thoughtful transformation—repurposed from a space that originally served an entirely different use and reimagined into a modern, efficient, and sound-controlled office environment.

The design follows a contemporary-modern architectural style, combining clean geometry, warm wood finishes, concrete-textured surfaces, and curated greenery. Vertical wood slats, textured walls, and muted neutral tones establish a professional atmosphere while maintaining visual warmth and comfort.

Functionality was a major design driver. Materials and wall treatments were carefully selected to minimize noise pe*******on from the exterior, helping block outside sound and distractions. Solid partitions, textured finishes, acoustic-conscious surfaces, and controlled openings work together to create a quieter, more focused working environment—essential for concentration-heavy office tasks.

What was once a space with a completely different function is now a calm, efficient, and professional office—designed to support focus, service, and productivity through smart material choices, thoughtful spatial planning, and sound-conscious architectural detailing.
