Our firm started as a Quantity Surveying and Drawing Outsourcing Company way back 2014 formerly named as QS VIRTUAL CONCEPT, a subsidiary handling cost estimation projects in the Philippines, New Zealand, Australia, Northern Ireland, Azerbaijan, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Jordan and the United States of America. Due to its demand in joineries, modular furniture and lounge sets refurbishment and fabrication, we started to create ELLA QS DESIGN CONCEPT affiliated recently by the help of its private investor forming a 200 sqm workshop and warehouse in New Lower Bicutan, Taguig City to cater the needs and requirements of our existing and online clients continuously. The owner under the Chairmanship of CESAR VILLANUEVA was a graduate of Architecture and Accounting Baccalaureates in the Philippines, having over 3O years accountable working experienced in Manpower Resource, Joinery, Upholstery, Interior Fit out, Engineering, Procurement and Construction companies locally and in the Gulf.
