Client: Engr paano ba mg pagawa ng bahay sa contractor?
Mdv: Hanap po kayo contractor na may actual
Back ground kayo sa natapos nila project
Client: Mahal po ba kapag may contractor?
Mdv: May kamahalan po kasi may babayaran po kayo service fee sa contractor, ito po ang lamang ng mga nangongontrata lang po wlang rehistradong construction company.
Client: So mas matiped po kung sa nangongontrata nalang po mgpagawa?
Mdv: Maari po masabi natin ganun, pero kpag hindi natapos ang proyekto niyo sa tamang araw at napagusapan ninyo presyo na sinabi ng nangongontrata, wla din po kayo magagawa maari sila biglaan mawala. Kung may contractor po kayo rehistrado, ang presyo di na pwede magbago ang petsa dapat makuha po nila, kung hindi may kaukulan po itong halaga na maari niyo makuha sa kanila depende sa lebel ng pagkukulang ng rehistradong contractor.
Client: Mas matiped pla kung may contractor?
Mdv: Para po sa akin ay Opo, kasi ang presyo hindi na pwede magbago at kailngan matapos ang proyekto sang ayon sa contrata.
Client: Paano po un wala po ako alam sa mga dokumento na patungkol sa pgpapagawa ng proyekto.
Mdv: Ito po ang trabaho namin, makipag tulungan sa may ari aralin ang contrata bago pa mgumpisa ang proyekto. May mga pngyayari kasi na mababa ang presyo pero hindi naman tlga tugma sa aktuwal na magagastos kaya ito din ang aming pingaaralan. May pangyayari na ang contractor ay nagumpisa na gumawa subalit nababagalan ang may-ari, kaya kinuha niya ang serbisyo namin para maging Project Manager nila at kmi ang nghawak ng proyekto kausap namin ang contractor, kontrolado labas ng pera, dating ng materyales, bilang ng mnggagawa at mga natatapos na gawain ng contractor.
Client: Marami po salamat sa inyo pong tulong, sakali mgpasa na po ng proposal ang contractor na nakausap namin ay muli po akong mag sasabi sa inyo. Salamat po
