A new construction endeavor with Scherzer aiming to widen the cardio section of the gym and create a few more rooms to be used as offices and by staff members. They also desired to have their ideas realized graphically. We translated their ideas into design visual and submitted them to their approval.

ＫＩＴＣＨＥＮＤＥＳＩＧＮ In our recent project

The kitchen was built to reflect the client’s desire for a simple, clean and elegant layout. They hoped for a simple yet stylish result on the island, since it was designed without heavy decorative touches. Light wood and soft gray finishes give coziness and the polished, soft surfaces help the room stay airy and well-lit. We also made it possible for the kitchen to relate to the outdoors, so sunlight and views from outside could add to the room’s experience. Because the layout is inviting and simple, people feel comfortable using the kitchen any day or for any gathering. It is a modern room that looks peaceful, uncluttered and relaxed.

This project proposal was made in 2024, and today, we are happy to say that it has finally started.

The client requested a simple bedroom, an extension of the 3rd-floor roof deck, and a staircase connected to it. They also wanted a well-planned toilet and bath, a laundry area, and a small living area on the roof deck.

After many meetings, revisions, and careful planning, we made it through with the help of God, who guided us through all the challenges. Thank you to everyone who supported and believed in this project ❤️

The design minimizes unnecessary details by maintaining clean functionality through open areas and abundant natural light while implementing smart spatial organization for effortless daily use. A carefully designed house exists here which perfectly matches their daily life requirements.

Our client has given final approval to the design which is now moving forward for building construction. We eagerly anticipate building this design into a physical space that turns the vision into reality.
