3 pcs LEFT!
VARIEGATED FUCRAEA

Furcraea foetida 'Mediopicta' is a striking ornamental succulent known for its large rosette of sword-shaped leaves marked with creamy white or yellow stripes against green margins.
It belongs to the asparagus family (believe it or not—plants have complicated family trees). Native to tropical America, it is widely grown in warm climates for landscaping because of its dramatic, architectural appearance.
Key Characteristics
Variegated foliage: The leaves have contrasting colors, usually a pale center with green edges.
Rosette form: Leaves grow in a symmetrical circular arrangement from the center.
Spineless margins: Unlike many agaves, its leaf edges are usually smooth.
Fast growth: It grows more quickly than most agaves.
Large size: Mature plants can reach 1.5–2.5 meters tall and wide.
Why Gardeners Love It
Excellent focal point in tropical and modern landscapes.
Very drought-tolerant once established.
Low maintenance.
Thrives in hot, sunny conditions.

Common Names
Variegated Mauritius H**p
False Agave
Variegated Furcraea
Although it resembles agaves, Furcraea is a different genus altogether. Think of it as agave's stylish tropical cousin.

Kapeng Barako or Batangas coffee for sale!

Kapeng Barako is a strong, bold coffee variety that comes from the Philippines, particularly grown in provinces like Batangas and Cavite. The name “barako” means “strong” or “tough,” which reflects both its intense flavor and cultural image.
Here’s what makes it distinctive:
Flavor profile: It has a robust, earthy, and slightly bitter taste, often with hints of chocolate, nuts, or even spice. Compared to more common coffees, it’s less acidic but much heavier in body.
Aroma: Very fragrant and pungent, sometimes described as almost smoky or woody.
Bean type: It comes from the Liberica species (not Arabica or Robusta), which is rare globally.
Caffeine: It can feel stronger than typical coffee, though the boldness is more about flavor than just caffeine content.
Cultural role: It’s a traditional Filipino coffee, often brewed simply (like “kapeng barako” style—boiled grounds and strained), and associated with rural life and heritage.
People who enjoy deep, intense coffee flavors tend to appreciate Kapeng Barako, while those who prefer smoother, lighter coffee might find it a bit too strong.
