I think being lost is common to all people, but it's not widely talked about (or maybe just for where I came from). One lesson I learned lately is to just "continue moving forward" even though it seems to be foggy and dark. Bcoz like duh if you don't move you will be forever in the dark 🙄 you don't have a choice lol xD. Seriously speaking, no one can help you but yourself. So yeah, just start moving and help yourself.
