In 2001, Richie Allan De Leon amongst his six siblings, joined his father in business. Being an architecture student, it was the perfect opportunity to practice his profession. With his father’s expertise and experience in the business, Metrowell Woodcraft’s growth was inevitable. Until the passing of his father in 2010, Richie Allan being his sole successor, took over the business. Armed with his father’s legacy, Richie Allan De Leon officially marked the birth of R.A De Leon Woodcore Enterprise in July 2012. From its humble beginnings, R.A De Leon Woodcore Enterprise has evolved and adapted to the complexity of todays Wood and Metal Industry. Yet, has maintained its reputation of good quality worksmanship. Seventy to eighty percent (70%-80%) of its projects are sub-contractual by its industry partners such as C.P Builders Inc, J&J Construction, Banff Realty, A.M Odeza Construction and Designscope Architects to name a few.Twenty to thirty percent( 20% – 30 %) are from the projects of our collegiate architects and engineers and direct residential and business owners.
