Then F L Carlos Construction main office was relocated to # 98 Rizal St., Tayug, Pangasinan in 1991, where the office and warehouse remains today. The office maintains a staff of approximately 10 professionals to manage the over-all business operations such as accounting, drafting, and development, estimating, sales, and marketing. The actual building and construction projects are supervised by experienced and well-trained job supervisors, many of whom are fully certified and licensed as builders themselves.
