Tips how to avoid problems between contractor and client.
for client:
1. hanap ka ng legit contractor specially if malaki papagawa mo. lets say a whole house or a building. kung hindi ka technical person mas maganda if paubaya mo na sa professional ung trabaho. mas makakatipid ka promise. kasi lets say pinilit mo at kumuha ka ng pakyaw system na hindi ka technically capabale mag supervise magiging disaster kakalabasan. at the end mas lalaki gastos mo.
kung technical person ka naman at confident ka sa pakyaw ok lang din basta make sure machecheck mo gawa.

2. wag ka maniwala sa sobrang babang price ng contractor or pakyaw. pag aralan mo din mabuti kung reasonable ung price. hindi porket mura grab na. baka ung price na binigay sayo pang half lang pala hindi matatapos.

3. always have a contract! kahit kakilala mo pa yan mas ok ng meron. kaysa wala.

4. investigate kung talaga bang contractor kausap mo. baka naman artista yan. hehe. check for previous project na nagawa nila na similar sa papagawa mo.

for contractor:
1. make sure kausap mo is the owner. kung agent naman make sure na legit ung kausap mo. wag ka agad send ng company profile sa d mo kilala. mamaya ang dami mo ng project pero d mo alam. hehe.

2. mag bid ng tama. wag ka mag dive ng price tapos mang iiscam ka lang pala. d mo pala matatapos ung proj lakas ng loob mo.

3. always have a contract. same sa client. magagamit nyo yan both.

4. always be honest sa client. pag may problema sabihin mo ng maayos. lahat naman nadadaan sa maayos na usapan. mas tipid mag usap kaysa mag demandahan.
